Salad Buffet that offers choices of:
Spring lettuce mix or ranch lettuce mix, chopped black olives, grated cheddar cheese, artichoke hearts (marinated and quartered), fresh mushrooms (marianted and quartered), trays of sliced carrots and celery sticks, tomato slices, cucumber, potato salad, broccoli and cauliflower salad, Watergate salad, pea salad, choice of dressings: Ranch, Italian, and Chef's choice.
Carving Station of:
Smoked turkey, ham, and beef with accompaniments of honey mustard, chimichurra sauce, barbecue sauce, and cranberry chutney.
Baked Potato Bar
Grated cheddar cheese, chopped green onion, bacon bits, sour cream, butter, and split baked potatoes.
Pasta Bar will include:
Hot Bar: penne pasta, spaghetti, three color rotini, alfredo sauce, marinara sauce, mixed vegetables in butter sauce,
Cold Bar: parmesan cheese, pesto sauce, olive oil flavored with sauteed garlic, red pepper, fresh basil, fresh parsley, Pico de Gallo, Italian dressing, chunks of white tuna with sauteed garlic and onion, and salad shrimp.
Vegetable Bar will include:
Green beans, broccoli and rice casserole, copper penny carrots, and corn pudding.
Dessert Bar will include:
Texas chocolate sheet cake, selection of fruits, almond sheet cake, banana pudding, cookies, and additional selections as the Chef chooses.
