Breakfast, that is included with the room for overnight guests, is only served from 8:00am to 9:30am.  If the times are not convenient, please let spa reception or the hospitality desk know.   They will arrange for breakfast at a different time for a nominal charge.

Lunch includes a salad bar, hot entrée  and vegetable buffet.  The menu changes daily.

The hot buffet may include one or more of these:

Barbecued brisket and sausage, hamburgers and fries, chicken strips, pork roast and apples,  beef or chicken fajitas, meatloaf, roast beef and roasted vegetables, fried chicken, chicken and dumplings,  steak, pork chops, lasagna, Mexican  lasagna,  stir fry shrimp and rice, pepper steak, lemon chicken, meat balls and spaghetti, fettuccini al fredo.

Beverage Service in the Café and on the Ranch

Beverage can be available through the café when prearranged or during busy days. The bar in the Blue Bonnet barn is adjacent to the café.  The Ranch has a private club license.

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased open from the ranch to comply with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission laws.    A club membership is required for purchase of any alcoholic beverages.  Both the Bluebonnet and the Lone Star Barn have built in facilities for alcohol services.  The ranch is not routinely open for bar service.  If your group is interested in bar service during your stay, talk to your meeting planner to make arrangements. To guarantee bar service, it is recommended that you hire a bar tender,  The ranch will upon occasion make the decision to open the bar during busier times,
