Beaumont Ranch is
a private club. Membership is complimentary to all guests.
According to the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Control Commission,
one membership will apply to the entire group for any hosted bar
plan. However, with cash bars, complimentary membership cards
will need to be filled out by each person purchasing alcohol.
HOST BAR – PACKAGE PLANS (4-Hour
Minimum)
The option to run a tab of actual drinks consumed is also
available. Beaumont Ranch always runs a Premium bar unless the
customer wishes to restrict the bar to “well” or “call” only. If
you decide to run a tab, please let us know if you do not wish a
Premium bar.
BEER AND
WINE BAR
Per person per hour charge - $6.50 for well, $8.50 for call,
$10.50 for premium
All Wine Bars include an approximately priced: Chardonnay, White
Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The customer will be notified
of cellar and vintage available five days prior to the event.
Beaumont Ranch will always search the best available wine in
each price range. Champagne is not available as an option in a
hosted bar. However, it can be purchased by the round.
All Beer Bars include: Bud, Bud Light, Coors Light, and Miller
Light in cans. Well Bars include Corona, Moosehead, and Dos
Equis. Premium Beer Bars include Corona, Amstel, Dos Equis,
Heineken, O’Douls, and Tecate & Anchor Steam.

SECURITY IS MANDATORY WHENEVER ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES ARE SERVED AT YOUR EVENT.
Fees are $35.00 per hour,
with at least one officer per 100 people. Additional officers
may be required depending on the logistics of your event.
Officers must be present at least 30 minutes before and after
your event. All security must be contracted through Beaumont
Ranch.
