The Ranch is decorated for the holidays by the Friday before Thanksgiving. Groups of ten to sixty can enjoy an intimate meal in the main house by the over sized stone fire place. Chisolm Fork offers an escape to past Christmas celebrations. The Sydney Cattle Company is placed in the center of the little western town. The perfect spot for a sumptous buffet to welcome your guests. Gunfighters and dance hall girls can be arranged to entertain the crowd. Roasted chestnuts, hot chocolate, and shops open for business help to set the holiday mood. The Lone Star Barn with its casual atmosphere is the perfect spot for a spirited celebration. Attendees can ride the mechanical bull, shoot a little pool, jump in the bounce house and feast on your choice of menus. The Bluebonnet Barn with it's sky blue ceiling always sets an elegant stage for a party of any kind. Check out our new party theme "Under the Texas Sky". This new set up incorporates the Bluebonnet's Texas sky with an "Outdoor / Indoor" set up including the Chuck Wagon.
